Meet Our Medication Providers

Lacreasha Fullard, CRNP-PMH

I believe it is important for a client to be able to feel that they are in a safe space in which they are able to communicate with a provider as well as working with a clinician dedicated to always learning and growing themselves.  My name is Lacreasha Fullard and I make it a priority in my practice to always be growing with the latest methodology and treatment modalities, as well as to learn from you as you are an expert in your own experiences. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a background in working with both individuals and families.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Morgan State University in 2014. From there I attended Walden University, where I obtained a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing in 2020. I began working at Sheppard Pratt Health Center in 2015 as a charge nurse. At Sheppard Pratt, I performed direct patient care as well as assisted in the training of other nurses. I went on to work in the field of addictions treatment working at Harbor of Grace Recovery Center in 2018. After obtaining my license as a PMHNP, I started working at Family Intervention Partners, working with clients conducting therapy sessions and medication evaluations as well as providing psychoeducation to clients and staff to assist with treatment. I am now working at Well Life Counseling and Consulting, LLC where I see both children, adolescents, and adults with a range of various diagnoses. I provide psychoeducation, conflict resolution, therapeutic interventions, and medication management.

I enjoy working with clients and empowering them to take an active role in their treatment. I feel it is vital to provide the clients I work with education on their diagnoses and any treatment recommendations. I want them to be a leading member of their treatment team and always feel as though they have a voice that I am ready to hear.

Antonio Herold, CRNP-PMH

I started my behavioral health career as one of the Directors at a residential treatment center for adolescents in 2010. I found that I had a passion for helping others and pursued my undergrad degree at Harford in 2012 and worked as a registered nurse for many years. I obtained my graduate degree at Walden University in 2020. As a nurse, I started in both behavioral health and Emergency medicine for several years before branching out to work as a registered nurse in Central Pool, Medical Surgical and the Intensive Care Unit, before obtaining my Masters as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

In addition, I have been trained and certified by FEMA in HCL/HOT/HERT/COBRA and served as a Baltimore City Hospital Disaster Training Coordinator.  I have also been trained and worked as an instructor in Crisis Prevention and Intervention. These experiences have provided me with an excellent base in the field and a wealth of knowledge regarding Behavioral Health Management, diagnosis, medication administration, interdisciplinary relations, therapeutic communication, sensitivity awareness, and other relevant skills required of a dedicated and effective provider. Those same skills, commitment and desire to help are now employed to serve the behavioral health needs of children, adolescent, and adults in outpatient care.
